While we can not offer a refund on prior orders, we are happy to place a credit on your account for the value of the coupon if the coupon was valid when you placed your order and if you contact our Customer Care Team within 1 week of your order being placed. 

For example, if you placed an order 6 days ago and forgot to use a coupon code that was valid at the time of the order being placed, we will issue you a credit on your account in the amount of the coupon savings. If you spent $100.00 and forgot to use a 15% off code, we will place a credit on your account in the amount of $15.00 to use on your next order.

Additionally, if you order within 2 days of a promotion being launched that could have saved you money, we can apply a credit on your account. 

For example, if you placed a $50.00 flash drive order and 2 days later we launch of 10% off all flash drives promotion, we can place a credit on your account in the amount of $5.00 to use on your next order.

If you you would like to request a credit be applied to you account, please email cs@photoflashdrive.com with your order number and coupon code you would like applied and someone on our Customer Care Team will issue the credit and notify you when it’s available to use!
